End User Licence Agreement

Last updated: 2026-09-10

This End User Licence Agreement ("Licence") sets out what you may do with the AirScanner platform and the data it surfaces. It supplements the Terms of Service; where the two conflict on a licensing question, this Licence governs. "We" means Talya Global Lojistik Hizmetleri.

1. Licence granted

While your subscription is active and in good standing, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the platform and to use the rates, capacity, airline, airport and shipment-status data it returns for your own freight operations — quoting your customers, booking your cargo, tracking your shipments, and the internal reporting that goes with them.

2. What the licence covers

  • The platform UI and any documented API made available to your plan.
  • Our curated reference data: the airline registry (IATA and ICAO designators, AWB prefixes, hubs, fleet type), the airport reference, the product and rate-basis taxonomy, and the milestone vocabulary mapping.
  • Exports you generate from your own account — quotes, shipment lists, CSV downloads and documents.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

  • resell, sublicense, syndicate or publish our reference data as a dataset, or use it to build a competing directory, rate index or tracking product;
  • scrape, crawl or bulk-extract beyond your plan's quota, or circumvent rate limits by rotating accounts, IPs or credentials;
  • use the data to train a machine-learning model intended for redistribution, without a written agreement;
  • remove or obscure attribution where it is displayed;
  • share your credentials or seats outside the organisation named on the account.

Quoting a rate to your own customer, or embedding a shipment status in your own operational tooling, is ordinary permitted use — not redistribution.

4. Third-party data and marks

Rates, capacity and status originate with airlines, handling agents, air-cargo marketplaces and data providers, and remain subject to their rights. Airline names, marks, IATA designators and AWB prefixes are the property of the respective carriers and appear for identification only; nothing here grants you rights in them, and their presence does not imply endorsement or agency.

5. Your data

You keep ownership of the content you put into the platform — shipment details, party records and documents. You grant us the licence needed to operate the Service on your behalf: storing it, transmitting it to the carriers, handling agents and authorities a booking requires, and processing it to compute quota, pricing and status. We do not sell your query or shipment data, and we do not disclose your searches to the airlines whose rates you are comparing in a form that identifies you.

6. Feedback

If you send us feedback or feature suggestions, we may use them to improve the product without obligation or compensation. You are not required to send feedback, and doing so transfers nothing else.

7. No warranty on data fitness

Reference data is maintained on a best-effort basis. In particular, IATA airline prefixes, airport codes and chargeable-weight calculations are provided for operational convenience and must be verified against the carrier's own documentation before you rely on them to issue an air waybill or make a customs declaration. We are not liable for a rejected AWB, a misdeclared shipment or a missed cut-off arising from data you did not verify.

8. Term and termination

This Licence runs with your subscription and ends when the subscription ends or if you breach it. On termination you must stop using the platform and delete cached copies of our reference data; exports relating to your own past shipments may be retained for your records and for as long as your own legal obligations require.

9. Governing law

This Licence is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, with exclusive venue in the courts of Istanbul (Çağlayan), Türkiye.
